Being aware that there are ways to make an income besides holding a job is the first step towards FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE. We can then start to build additional streams of income without leaving our jobs immediately.
Each stream of income is like a root that provides nutrients and water to our tree - our money tree. Over time, we can increase the number of roots so that when one root is severed for some reason, it will not hurt us any more.
